Solo+ safety
Last updated 15 September 2026
Solo+ lets planners confirm a suitable group, keeps exact meeting details private until someone is accepted, and provides reporting and blocking. Founding-member access is reviewed manually during concept validation. Any future third-party identity check will be introduced only with clear notice before it becomes a participation requirement.
Before meeting
- Choose a public, staffed venue and check accessibility.
- Keep early conversations in Solo+ and do not share sensitive personal information.
- Tell someone you trust where you are going and when you expect to return.
- Pay venues directly. Never send a booking deposit to another member.
At the plan
- Arrange your own safe travel and keep control of your drink and belongings.
- Leave whenever you feel uncomfortable; politeness is never more important than safety.
- Do not pressure anyone to drink, spend money, move venue or share contact details.
If something happens
Use Report or block on the member’s profile so Solo+ can review it, or email support@joinsoloplus.com. Call 999 if anyone is in immediate danger. For non-emergency police help in the UK, call 101.
