COMMUNITY AGREEMENT

Terms of use

Last updated 15 September 2026

Solo+ helps adults in the UK meet for member-made friendship and social plans. It is not a dating, travel-agent, ticketing or venue-booking service.

Who can use Solo+

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. The initial community is for women; the service may support additional audiences later. You are responsible for deciding whether a plan and the people involved are right for you.

Plans and payments

Planners must describe plans honestly, keep members informed and cancel promptly if needed. Never transfer deposits or booking money to another member. Where a venue requires payment, pay the venue directly through its official process. Solo+ does not guarantee a venue, booking, attendance or compatibility.

Conduct

Treat members respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, scams, impersonation, sexual solicitation, unsafe behaviour and misuse of private information are prohibited. We may restrict or remove accounts and preserve relevant records while a report is reviewed.

Changes and availability

The founding-member service is free during validation. Features, eligibility and future pricing may change, with clear notice before any charge. The service may occasionally be unavailable and beta features may change as they are tested.

Contact and governing law

Solo+ is operated by Rebecca Allinson trading as Solo+ in the United Kingdom. Questions can be sent to support@joinsoloplus.com. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
